Hey Joe,
I know everyone's hashed this before in other forums. But what is the life left on these tries would you say they are 80% toasted ? Can they be retreaded....new to bushwheels but thinking they'd be nice on the stinson.....

Mike, probably around 50% tread left, wore a bald spot in the other one from an alignment issue. Its also a great idea to rotate your bushwheels every 100 hours. By rotating, I mean, inside to outside, not left to right.

Pat, not sure how to do a link..... BUT your skylane would look good on 29's !!!!!

...remember, life is uncertain, eat desert first!
... and, those that pound their guns into plows, will plow for those who don't.

:D I thought about trying to make a Bushwheel unicycle!!! Now that would be fun at fly-ins..... Joe

I know that this seems kinda nuts, but just for kicks, I brush painted "Herculiner" on the bottom of a pair of leather boots, and have been wearing them everyday for the last month and a half, including walking to and from work, about a half mile each way, and, they have absolutely no wear on the bedliner. It is holding up very good on the rubber heel too..... That is some tough shit.... :-s
