C17 Crashes at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska
Debrief, share, and hopefully learn from the mistakes of others.
Well, we lost 4 airmen and a C17 about a mile or so off the east end of the east west runway yesterday. They were apparently practicing some maneuvers for the airshow set for Sat and Sun. Sure sucks.....no survivors is the word...

This has hit the airlift world pretty hard. Even though the C-5 and the C-17 are bitter rivals we are all aircrew brothern. God speed guys! No word in the AirForce flying world what happened yet.
