File under "Things we already know." Too much staring at glowing screens long after dark when we should be staring at campfires.

Crap. It's midnight and I just read this. Seems that artificial light and irony are keeping me awake. At least the monster and Krispy Kreme will get me rolling when I get up in 4 hours.

tricycles are for little girls
I have no trouble being sleepy staring at boeing screens on a 11 hour leg. Then I get to the hotel and wake up. Airplane is closer to being done so maybe I will get some back country camping in soon.

Great article. I get rather addicted to reading articles on the internet.
I am not sure whether I get enough sleep or not ?? I suppose it varies a lot fro person to person. Getting 7 or 8 hours of Z is just not happening. Plus they say as you get older you need less and less sleep ? Ugh..
Ill be down to zip
