Hey guys, Got a question...
I have a potiential student that I may be doing primary training for, due to our relationship I would be waiving my hourly fee. Problem is I do not feel comfortable instructing in my plane, I only have brakes on the left side and well let's just say she isn't a champ or cub.
What I am looking for is a champ/cub or even a cessna that I can rent near KTRM and instruct out of, probably be just under 60hrs. Anyone have any leads??

Put the student in the right seat of your Luscombe. Maybe a Stinson?!?
That way if and when you do move to a tandem plane his hands will already be trained to do the right thing with left hand on the throttle and right hand on the yoke/"stock".
Think I would feel better if a new student did not have brakes for a while.
One thing at a time. Rudder first, brakes later. Just an opinion about an option.

It is better to be late in this world, than early in the next.
I was thinking about that, though I would prefer to not use the Stinson for ALL the training, that's where I need to find something to rent, a taildragger would be nice, just something inexpensive and somewhat local.
