Captain Sully keeps his cool, again.

A few weeks ago I stumbled upon "The Joy Behar Show", and she was interviewing Capt. Sully. She got right to the point, and I still laugh every time I think of it . Her first question was "were you scared when the plane quit going up?" He didn't even grimace or raise his eyebrows, he is one cool character, he answered in a non technical (for dummies) way, and waited for the next question, which I believe went something like "are you going to be scared to fly again?" Once again he pulled it off, man he has my respect even more then before!
BTW (in case anyone wonders why I would be tuned in to her show....)I was flipping through the remote from the O'Reilly show on my way to the military channel, which some Dish network programmer positioned right next to the Behar show, an interesting juxtaposition.
I'm going to put "the plane quit going up", right next to "there was too much air in the fuel tanks", in my memory bank for the next time I have to explain an incident to a non flyer. Thank you Joy. :P

I think I know why all these cable blowhards have to run their mouths continually. There is so much air in their heads if they don't get it out they will explode. 8)

One cool character...

I caught a good show on TLC called "Miracle on the Hudson" I think it was. Pretty good, interviewed Capt Sully, the passengers, crew etc. They didn't dumb it down to much or make anything too dramatic.
