Cessna 206 cargo door seals
Have problems with your aircraft? Maybe just questions about how best to tune or adjust something? Regs or maintenance? Need to know the best way to do something?
BCP brain trust: Does anybody have a great 206 cargo door seal they would recommend? Or, any experience with AvTek's O2 door seals? Apparently there are some frame mount seals but I'd prefer the door mount seals for durability. Definitely open to suggestions! Thanks in advance!

I own 3 U206s, Non of the doors forward or aft on any Cessna I owned really fit well. They may have fit at the factory but after the wind has got a hold of them a couple of times they get twisted out of wack. I have finally got aggressive and have resorted to Twisting the doors or working the hinges back so they fit before chasing the door seal. The aft cargo door has adjustable stops and top and bottom tension latches. After the door is straight and the gap is equal all around then the seal should be installed so it is just lightly squished. Ah sh-t it is summer, Just take them all off and fly around. My shop is full of Cargo doors right now.
