Georgia Straight is a hippy newspaper in Vancouver, you are referring to the Salish Sea.
Never had much use for all those frequencies, except to get a transponder code when re-entering civilization. If Victoria tower feels lonely they'll try to call you on 123.2, but it won't be to be helpful. Only fltplan is the border crossing, everything else is Sat flight following with someone that cares.

123.2 :My understanding is that this was set up to avoid congestion on 126.7. It is also the freq for Ganges hbr, and others. I just know the float plane guys all use, esp in Howe sound which is busy, and around the Gulf Islands. Someone more knowledgeable may chime in.

Its on the back of the Vancouver VTA as enroute air to air for the Strait of Georgia - now known as the Salish Sea.

Thank you for guidance on 123.2 , not in ForeFlight (that I can see).
