CH701 in Centralia, WA

For sale online. Anyone here know anything about it more than the ad? Appears to be owned by a lady in Gig Harbor.

Registration expired, and cancelled as of 3/24/17.
So maybe some paperwork issues to sort out.

Maybe someone is that area knows the airplane.

Thanks. Yes, it's never flown, she got a registration for it but it never was inspected to receive C of A. Hoping someone might know it personally.
