Chamberlain USFS - U79 - ID - spring condition?

I friend was asking me the other day what the condition of Chamberlain is like early in the season, say May. I wasn't sure.

Given that it's maintained by hand or mule-drawn grader, I'm expecting it might take some time to get in shape after the winter thaw. But I'm not sure what condition it would be in before, nor how mushy it might stay after a winter with reasonable snowpack.

Every year is different. Been a lot of snow this year so everything should be a bit later.
