From our local paper. I am not sure what the problem is. I can drive my Jeep, motorcycle or RV with in an easy walk to most of our local dams. Not sure where he landed a plane. The water below that dam in fast, and it would be quite a walk from where you can land above as I remember, but have not looked at it closely.
As always, the public comments are great.
