Clearing a snow-covered runway with authority

...and Volvo power. That's how the Swedes do it. Of course, it's how we do it too. :)

AWE brooms are for witches, we use an OshKosh blower that will move about 300 tons per hour and throw it 250-300 feet. =D>

Zane, If yu get a chance, stop in Yakutat on your way north and take a picture of the Mountain on the Ramp.

Almost has more vertical than the ski mountain in Ohio!. :D

Yeah, similar only different. That one is a loader mount with auxiliary engine hanging on the back. Our new one is based on a very large truck type chassis with two CAT engines on board. one for the truck and one for the blower.

By the way, our old one is an Idaho Norland and it came from Yakatat!! Probably helped build that snow mountain.
