Cleveland main wheels of a Cessna 182 P year 1973, will they fit into a Cessna 172M year 1973?

Will they fit is one thing, are they applicable is a very different thing. I would suggest, if you already have not, mosey over to the Parker webpage where they have a list of part number and what they apply to. Sometimes you need to drill into their STC's and what is applicable that way. Wheel rims can be the same over several different configurations, many times it is the brake disks that differentiate the kit for one aircraft from another. Other times, lets say on my floats, the rims are identical to others, except they have drain holes to let that pesky water out and accommodate the spacer that keeps the ever so sticky grease around the bearings and water out.
