Common problem there...my brother ran a hi tech plant in Shenzhen down the street from FoxCon of iPhone fame. He ended up running the place for a year due to quality issues. Seems the chicom would make good parts at first and then use cheap non spec materials from their corrupt buddies to line their pockets. Quality went down and rejects went through the roof. The parent company (German) fired the head guy and my brother ran it for a while. Once he got rid of the corrupt and lazy managers,the place did great. He did say, you had to be on the floor several hours a day to keep everyone on their toes. They had never seen a plant manager on the production floor before.
