DC-3 Father/Son Transcontinental Flight
Did you fly somewhere cool, take photos, and feel like telling the tale to make us drool from the confines of our offices? Post them up!

This is a really cool trip report. A father and son ferry a DC-3 from Plattsburgh, NY to Everett, WA. It's full of good photos and video. I think these guys happen to be part of a pretty well known lineage as well.

Half a century spent proving “it is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.”
Great trip log. The Wiens are at it again!

Okay, what's with the goof-ball extended nose and weird GEAR DOORS! Was this some obscure variant of unbeknownst number and origin?

Some airline's chief of maintenance's ideas brought to life?
