Dearwater International O79

Just a head's up for those who like to fly up to Sierraville and walk into town for breakfast. The Sierrville Kitchen is closing it's doors (again) at the end of April. Sad deal, as it made for a pleasant day trip.

Re: Dearwater International O79

They're downsizing the operation. Closed the Log Cabin in Portola, and soon the cafe in Sierraville.

But, they've re-opened the Donner Lake Kitchen in Truckee. Good place to eat, but not good for a fly-in breakfast or lunch.

Reasonable alternative is Quincy 2O1 a bit to the NW. A couple nice places in town to eat.
