It all depends on the Cop!
Several years back I had a guy call me. he was ferrying a 206 and had lost oil pressure. He made a precautionary landing on US 6 near Green River UT. I Drove out in a car to troubleshoot. finally determined he had a gauge problem. We had the highway patrol guys stop traffic on the highway to let him take off to get back to the airport. (of course I knew the cops) that could have helped
