-30°C and 5500 MSL several years ago in my T210. None of the numbers were working out. Same RPM and MP as always, but burning much more fuel. Couldn't get it to lean out to the usual 14.7 GPH and 158 kts. When I finally satisfied the engine with an enrichment, the airspeed was much higher than I would expect. Then the light came on. It was a fun trip home. Poured the coal to it, CHTs well under control. Oil temp would normally have been a problem, but not on this day.

Yes, the west coast has “Snirt”. But not the interior.....
