I started the video but just couldn't watch it.

I'm not sure. I do know that Ezra's younger brother Shane was paralyzed a few years back.

Jeremy is not related to Ezra Lusk. Very sad deal!

I can't bring myself to watch the crash videos... I've been jacked up too many times on my motocross bikes to want to see that. Very sad indeed.

Here is a nicely done video tribute to Jeremy Lusk that showcases just how talented he was. Amazing stuff.... with serious consequences.

Bad Day indeed

Well, myself having ridden dirt bikes since I was 7. Having my share of road rash, hate seeing things like this happen. My son just turned 16, rides a KTM 450 EXC, and watches free style all the time. He has jumps in the back 40, maybe he'll think a bit after this.

However I believe those guys know the risks they take, and have the same "oh Crap" moments that pilots have now and again. Like Yea, "I can save this landing" then wing tip, gear leg and prop later realize you got in over your head.

God Speed Lusk.

Robert "Bub" Wright, aka Skylane, passed away in November of 2011. He was a beloved community member and will be missed.

prices we pay, chances we take. like my cowboy buddies, we pay our $ and take our chances. having owned 60 m/c personally and having sold thousands, it is sad when someone ck's out...but, this is america thank God, and we can do pretty much what we want. he'll be missed.
