Dogpilot Does Afrikaburn, Again
Did you fly somewhere cool, take photos, and feel like telling the tale to make us drool from the confines of our offices? Post them up!

I think I would enjoy being your friend. Let me know if you'd like me to fly your 206 over for you next year...

I am not cool enough to be his friend. I didn't even know Afrikaburn was a thing.
Sounds like a pretty awesome time though.
Great post Dogpilot, thanks for sharing.

So Burning Man has been on my bucket list for years but it sounds like it’s getting replaced w Afrikaburn!
It’ll cost me a little more for airfare though. I did DC to Joberg a few years ago in coach and I’ll never do it again. I spent two weeks over there and I have more stories from the flight over than I do from the hunting.
I’ve got a great life and tons of crazy experiences but I still wish I was Dogpilot.
Keep em coming!!!

You are just afraid to come back to 88NV because last time you were there a girl beat the crap out of you at Thunderdome.

I know one of the very early orginators/organizers of Burning Man, he is of course a pilot. He distanced himself from it long ago FWIW.
Great stuff DP!
