DOT says ADS-B Falling Well Short of Promises

Of course lots more money (read: tax payer dollars) can fix anything. The fact that it's full of massive security holes - not so much.

Who would ever thunk it. The government saying, this isn't doing what we said it would do. Just give us another half a billion and I'm sure it will work. :(
