Last Summer, June 2012, we had a work party to realign the runway and install a new windsock on the East side(river side).
The new runway alignment is marked with white rocks, and allows for landing up-river or down. The old runway was/is notmarked with rocks and is really only landable heading up-river, directly at the buildings. Is looks more like a wore down path, than a runway, but has a nice upslope to help slow you down.
Both the old and new alignments are in good shape, I saw a cherokee 140 land on the new alignment last summer.
It is a nice place to build a fire and have lunch.
