EAA AirVenture 2013 Camp Scholler Arrival

If you have never been to AirVenture and experienced Camp Scholler. Here is a glimpse of what it looks like. This was shot with Drift HD Ghost in the Auto mode.

Very interesting perspective for those who want to have the comforts of home and be close to the activity.

Everything from million dollar Prevost's to tents.

When you make a reservation, can you pick your space in advance or do you just take what is available upon arrival?

I may take my small class B next year which has everything I need.

Thanks for posting!

Apparently that's somewhere near the Bermuda Triangle. Did you see the way the guy on the motorcycle just disappeared?

That is a "PhotoShop" image of the new HD which has not been built yet. I was driving the F550 based XV-LT.

That's still pretty cool.

How's the fuel mileage on that thing? Any cool pics of "backcountry RV" trips?

The new 6.7L F550 is very fuel efficient. My EarthRoamer will get 12.5 mpg, no wind, sea level and flat terrain @ 60 mph. Does better at high altitude with lower density altitude. Wind and density altitude are the big variables in operating this machine efficiently.

Two good places for information: EarthRoamer and the EarthRoamer Owners Forum. Lots of pictures, videos ect on those two sites.
