48' Stinson 108-3
I heard about that several days ago, glad they pulled it off.
Though it did remind me of the scene in "Casino", where the Feds land on the golf course (supposedly out of gas, but the prop sure looked like it was turning), they were so busy spying on Pesci and De Niro's characters they ran it dry, a pretty good scene in a great movie.

I heard from a fellow BCPer that I-80 is a good option for emergency landings
