I've just been through this issue, which came in today's emails. http://www.faa.gov/news/safety_brief...SepOct2015.pdf There are several interesting articles, but the one that struck me as most useful is called "Blurred Lines--Recognizing the Causes of Spatial Disorientation", by Sabrina Woods. It begins on page 13. I commend the article to all IR pilots and wannabe IR pilots (those working on their IR).
