Fall In the Adirondacks

Did you fly somewhere cool, take photos, and feel like telling the tale to make us drool from the confines of our offices? Post them up!

Fall In the Adirondacks

Pretty spectacular colors here in the Adirondacks the last couple of weeks. I took a friend up that is a photographer last week and earlier on a cool morning in July. These are some of the photos she took. I had to compress them so they would work here. Hopefully they came out OK. The first photo is of the town our strip is in with the ski area in the background. You can just make the strip out to the left of the river (Upper Hudson). The rest of the photos are all within 1/2 hour of our strip.

Hey Brent,

Where are you in S. Central WA? We lived in Yakima for a couple of years in the 80's.Beautiful country, we were there before I flew. It has to be a ball to fly around there.

Beautiful, I still cant get past the endless diversity of colours you guys get to enjoy over there. Its a diversity of colour we just never get to see down here. When we get green, its endless green, when we get brown, its endless brown, and when we get red, same again, its just endless red. that mix is just stunning. thanks for sharing!
