Faster Quicker BCP speed finally - - what happened?

There are those who make things happen.

There are those who watch things happen.

And there are those who wonder what happened.

I would be of that latter group, but all of a sudden my BCP connection speed has gone from 30 seconds a page to dang near instant!! Woohooo! But I remain clueless as to what has brought about this welcome change?? Now if we could fix our gumint and end all the handouts, I'd be completely happy.

You must have been taken off probation. It's still massively slow here. #-o

I don't mean to be a complainer, but it is a little difficult to view the site. Recently, I clicked on a thread featuring glacier landings, but by the time all the photo's downloaded, the planes had drifted on the ice until only the tails were visible.

Still slow for me also. Used to be fast but not for the last month or so.

It's been fine for me, on the iPhone and the computer.

I still, since the beginning of the site, have had no slowness on any home computer, laptop, or iPhone, here in Colorado or when I lived in Washington. Guess it's my good looks

  Good one!! =D>

It's still lightning fast here at my sisters house in Brea where I stay while working in the office in SoCal. But, last weekend a Time Warner technician was working at a house few doors down the street. Came over to a box in the ground next to my sisters driveway and opened it. Holy crap!! He pulled out a huge bundle of color coded wires that is for the cable and internet. I guess what I'm getting at is that the neighbor was complaining about very slow internet service at his house like some of you are mentioning. After seeing all them wires in that box in the ground where moisture can easily collect and dust and what not, I can see how some people can be unlucky enough to have issues with their internet.

But if your using satellite or Clearwire, not sure what to tell you. All I know is for me, the website seems to be working perfectly. :D

I found rebooting my router/cell-modem every so often seemed to help. Been good for me speed wise for the last few weeks.
