Pitspilot You need to save your money flying that big Kingair and build your own airstrip with 206. Now you have an Armrest, Good money, time off with the kid but it was fun having you work with us.

My own strip would be nice! King Air is cool but not as much fun!

What kind of pay structure do you have set up? I'm a commercial pilot with over 3550 hours and know a few people around the St. Louis area. If I wasn't already booked for a summer of flying a Waco I'd be all over this for myself.
I'm not your typical time builder, I just like to fly. I'd honestly rather be in smaller aircraft. Already done the jet thing, don't really want to go back. I'm not a button pusher/programer type pilot. Give me hands on please!

25-30$ per flight hour, the planes flew 250 hours each last year. 8-15$ per hour for facility construction and grounds keeping between flights. Stay for a month on the ranch until you find suitable accommodations. If the turbine gets certified winter flying down south.

Wish I could figure out a way to make something like this work. Just got my Commercial yesterday. (no instrument rating) I took my private checkride 25 years ago this year with the same examiner on the same airport (Stevensville, Mt.). Put aside my flying program to raise a family. Two oldest kids are graduating from College next month and I needed to beat them to my goal.

600 TT with lots of short field and Selway back country flying in limited horsepower aircraft.

A&P since 1985 and IA since 1999, Currently working for Aircraft Structural Repair at 32S.

It would be tough to be away from the family, but would be great to get the hours.
