Anyone have a current Pirep for either Fish Lake or Memaloose? Heading there October 12 & 13th. Thanks for any info about runway condition.

Can't help with runway condition, but based on conditions a little east, both strips probably have snow on them.

In the past Fish Lake has always been soft, and Memaloose has always been rough. I doubt that's changed.

Dunno about current conditions, but a friend who flys into both with cargo tells me there are a lot of spare parts off the end of the Fish Lake rwy... just a little water logged.

Flew into Fish Lake and Memaloose on October 12th. Fish Lake surface was undulating but no gopher holes. Had a tailwind on takeoff and there was a slight sinker over the lake but nothing dramatic. Memaloose was covered in 3-4" of snow. Did not stop to take picture at the rim because of concern about getting bogged down. This picture is the back taxi to the north laying down another tire track for takeoff to the south.
