Fli-lite 3000s vs 4000s

Fli-lite 3000s vs 4000s
Anyone familiar with Fli-light skis know the size difference between the 3000s and the 4000s? I need a ski that will accept a 8.50 tire and it appears that the 3000s won't but the 4000s will. Google reveals very little data about these skis.
