I think it's fair to say that flying exploits of any type are welcome. Wouldn't exactly be a thread jack.

Lets here it....I for one would like to read them....

I had a good friend who flew P-47's during the war, the one story that I can recount from him is while strafing tanks he had his prop shot off by a mortor round. He got her back over enemy lines and bellied into a field. Some guys in a jeep came over to pick him up and was wondering if the P-47 was one of those "new" fighter jets...... :D
