EUREKA!.... ah,...er,..maybe....

It sounds like a big step in the right direction, but first it has to be 'real'...., and then it has to be very intensively 'up-scaled' to production levels on an economic basis.

It has to be able to crawl before it can walk and then run.
Hopefully this is the start of the crawl....
