Free Spot Messenger

I just received an email message from SPOT that they are giving away free SPOT messengers, with purchase of a one year's subscription. Sounds like the deal they did at Oshkosh last year.

Haven't looked at the deal, but here's the link: http://www.findmespot.com/robby/

Re: Free Spot Messenger

Mike you beat me to it. I was just about to post the same info. I picked mine up at Oshkosh last year under the same offer. Cheap insurance guys...and it gives the people at home less worries.

Re: Free Spot Messenger

No, actually from the outset, the unit was around $150 and BASIC service was around $100 a year. FULL service, which includes tracking, "I'm okay" and "911" services has always cost around $150 a year.
