French Jodel - nosestand

Must be somewhere in France, looks like a Jodel. Couldn't tell if the tailwheel spring survived.

lesuther, your French must be pretty good.

Sounds like they brought out an engineer with another prop and a tailwheel spring and flew it out. Then later the aeroclub reviewed the anonymous video footage and decided that an engine teardown was in order. Pilot and instructor, landed long on a 1000' strip, hence the brakestand. I also found out the Jodel fuselage is all wood, usually fir stringers with plywood glued on.

I had a Minicab GY20 for a while with the same construction, did a similar nosestand on a beach landing and flew it home.
