The straight tail 182 is hard to beat in my book. I have a 1959 model.I think there might be a picture of it in my gallery pictures. I have owned since 1992 and have 1300+ hours in it.

Any other color but white #-o

Maybe safety green? Don't use any of the tundra colors!

Anyway, it is threads like these that get me in trouble with the wife  =P~

I thought far north paint was the "alaska bare" scheme.

Saw a 206 with Yellow and Blue that pretty was(is) pretty "identifiable" or maybe some light cream with high visibility orange on top of wings and tail. Wide stripes seem to be very visible -like a big arrowhead from overhead with straight(USFS) stripes on wing & tail bottom. Cowling needs to semi dark color (mine is red) to keep glare to minimum in cockpit. Clear windows to see out with Rosens for sun visors. I don't like or recommend tinted windshields =night or low light visibility is not so good. Flew a 310 at night years back with gray tinted windshield and it was almost impossible to see runway lights until very-very close to touchdown. You could see out side windows pretty good but forward visibility was very bad at night. Still looking .
