FS- Home and Hangar in North east North Carolina

I'M pretty well settled in my new job here in AK. I had hoped that I would sell this home this past summer so I can move my plane up here and begin building or buying another home. I am finding that I need a little help as I can't seem to reach the right market.

May I take this opportunity to ask fellow BCP members to help me network a little and sell this great home? I have it listed for $349,00 and I'm willing to make a sweet deal (especially to a fellow BCP member). I am open to partial trades for land in AK as well if there are any Alaskan's that are going south.

Thanks in advance for any help

Thanks Evan. I'm having separation anxiety from the plane and Un-separation anxiety from the house. It has a renter in it now and if my plane weren't in the hangar I could rent that out too but I am vowing to never move away from AK so that house will only tie me to a location I have no more ties with.

I've had scores of people, both pilots and non pilots drop in to ask how we built it and if plans were available.

Great little airport. I never heard of Currituck till two weeks ago I flew in for my day job. Didn't get to explore too much but I met a nice gentleman who told me all about the area. He was one of your neighbors next to the thru the fence. Quit area, beautiful area flying over it and around the coast.
