I have had this tailwheel sitting around for a couple of years. It has a STA 2.8/2.5 - 4 tire on it that is holding air. It was on the Champ when I bought it and it shimmied pretty bad on pavement, plus was just too big for the plane. I have no idea how old it is, but looks like it's in decent shape. I also don't know why it shimmied, possibly the plane, possibly the tailwheel, possibly the tire. Photos on request. I have seen them on EBAY for a couple of hundred bucks give or take. I really don't know what it is worth, but I don't need it. Make a offer (or someone tell me it's junk) and it's your plus shipping with a donation to BCP too.
