270+ Hp Pponk Super Eagle using 0SMOH Cont. TSIO-520
McCauley 86" 3-Blade Propeller D3A34C401
EI engine instrumentation
Dual Garmin SL40 comms. PS Engineering audio panel
Whelen strobes
Bush Conversions STOL kit
BAS inertia reel shoulder harness (pilot seat)
Monarch auxiliary fuel tanks (72 gallons useable)
8.50 x 6 McCrearys. Double puck brakes, Scott 3200 tail wheel.
Tail-pull handles
Plumbed for hydraulic skis (pump and skis not included)
New seat cushions and covers
Approved Edo 2440 floats and rigging available separately

All logs since new
337s and STCs in order
Airplane has prior salt-water history. Not a hangar queen. Ready to go to work, but could use some TLC.

No, unfortunately I'm not really in a position to get the most out of either of these bird dogs. Hoping to find a good home for mine. Bird dog owners seem to break out into either warbird types or utility types. Mine is definitely of the utility persuasion. It would make a great backcountry or float STOL performer for someone, or possibly a glider-tow or survey ship. It's eligible on the Bushwheels STC if someone wanted to go that route for a serious backcountry set up. The visibility is stunning, and the head room and shoulder room are unbeatable for a larger pilot.
Appreciate any help by the BCP community in spreading the word. It needs someone else who will use and enjoy it.

I've always loved these things! I guess this solves the debate I saw on here some time ago about wether or not you can ponk a dog. :lol: sounds like a good name for a band. :P

Yes, you can ponk a dog. Mine was the first one ever done. There's been a few more since. The sister ship to mine is working commercially in Homer, Alaska with the same engine and prop.

[Edit] When I originally posted this listing, I hadn't had a chance to determine valuation. This thread originally stated "Accepting Offers". Since then, I have established an asking price through research and locating owners of somewhat comparable aircraft. The current asking price is $59,900 on wheels. Floats and rigging may be negotiated separately from the former owner.

Seat frames have been rehabbed by Atlee, and have received new cushions and upholstery at FineLine Interiors in Anchorage.

Update: The airplane has been moved out of its heated hangar and onto the ramp at Birchwood (PABV). Viewable on the NE corner of the field.
