Gateway (Hubbard)

Hubbard airstrip (9CO3) at Gateway, Colorado 06/23/10. Good condition but would be better if weeds were mowed. Some ruts from runoff but they didn't affect my little plane. I steered around them. Near the Gateway Canyons Resort. The resort used to monitor 122.9 and ask if you needed a ride to the resort. They didn't call on this day so I don't know if they monitor it yet or not.

Nice place to camp and hike, also if you like cars the museum at the resort is first class.
Thanks for the video Skypony, I just put this place on my list of places to revisit!

Lizard,

Haven't seen you out and about for quite some time. I am heading off for the midwest deal for the summer in a few days. You'll have to make your way down this way and check out some of the cool spots on the lower Colorado when it cools down.

Take care, Rob
