It may be a woman thing but what makes these women think we notice the high heel shoes they wear when they take these pix.

My intent was to reenforce Zane in that this is a forum about flying to back country airports and such, not a political one. I was not addressing any other issue.

I will say that when I walked up to John's fire, a gentleman seated there asked me about Burning Man. He was a stranger to me and how he knew to ask me, I don't know. Responding to him seemed to be the polite thing to do. When John objected, we removed ourselves promptly.

However I would scarcely consider the festival a political issue, quite the opposite; and since there is a rather large back country fly-in there, it does seem to me to be an appropriate topic. I am truly sad to read that the event causes so much discord to some of the BCP posters.

To characterize the campfire incident as a lone occurence is not telling the whole story (which doesn't need to be rehashed) but suffice to say it was the straw that broke the camel's back. IMHO... I'm willing to leave it at that but I won't allow the incident to be mischaracterized.

I like the way things are going with attractive female pilots and saving weight on flight suits.

I know this is an old post but I'm a newbie here and thought my avatar can hold it's own pretty well.
