It called a patroller seat. I think the California Highway Patrol came up with those back when they had Maules. You'll see them once in a while. It's a sling and the only reason I've kept it is that it allows my back to be farther back. When your built like an ogre that helps.

Not my work..... I just drove. The kid's grandpa is the guy in the front seat and it's his video. He's real handy with a camera.

Yup! Best thing about piloting. Took a friends kid up for a b-day intro to 'small' planes lastnight. Quite the reward to see the little grin and wide eyes:)
