GPS testing at Alamogordo

Just got the FAA's email on Friday--more GPS testing at Alamogordo, NM, which will affect GPS operations in a huge chunk of the Soutwest. Here's the notice: https://www.faasafety.gov/files/notices ... visory.pdf It starts tomorrow and runs through the next 3 weeks.

Sectionals still work. All my sectionals are old. Do the topographical lines show up white on the paper maps as well as the ones on the computer? OK, I guess, but looks weird.
