Thankful for a long stretch on here and all the friends I've made. I hope everybody gets a nice family dinner and your mama is still around to cook it for you.
It was 9°F here this am so I'm feeding the woodstove and watching the lake freeze. Might add some pics later.

It's been wet and windy here. 30+ knot winds the other day in between rain storms. Another atmospheric river is headed our way with 4.3" of rain expected on the coast Saturday alone! It's a la Nina year and that means more rain than usual, and the Seattle area isn't exactly dry even in good years. At least the lousy weather will let me enjoy dinner with friends and family instead of looking out the window wishing I was at the airport. Here's hoping you all are able to balance your flying addiction with family time this holiday.

Happy Thanksgiving! Are you going to be able to park your Pacer on floats in the backyard this coming Summer?

Happy Thanksgiving to all fellow BCPers- thanks for all the good contributions here, and to Zane for continuing to make this a valuable resource and community. Been -20 to -40 here the past couple weeks. Skis are on, but no place I need to fly to badly enough to deal with the cold. Contemplating a new personal minimum: if it’s too cold for the door stewards to open, it’s probably too cold for pleasure flying.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. It was -4 here in sunny north central MN yesterday morning, I'm thinking winter might be on its way.
