HD 206 nose fork on a 67 C-182

I expect this has been asked before but I am new to this site. I have found a HD nose fork from 206 that I would like to install on my 1967 182. What things do I need to consider? My goal would be to install a 700x6 on the nose and 800x6 on the mains. Any input would be appreciated.

Yes, it is one of the most talked about topics on the whole site. There is a wealth of information already here. The built-in search is mediocre, so your best bet is to utilize Google to search ONLY backcountrypilot.org, like this:

cessna nosewheel site:backcountrypilot.org

What you will get is the familiar Google search results with only BCP topics. Very powerful and useful. Try various combinations of your keywords until you find your answer.
