...remember, life is uncertain, eat desert first!
... and, those that pound their guns into plows, will plow for those who don't.
Whoever gets the So. Idaho job will be chillin' with me. I heard they were looking.

If you're not scarin' yourself, you're not scarin' the crowd!
1) application period ends today 12/3/07.
2) a whole page of BS, and the only job description shown is "airplane pilot". That covers an awful lot of ground. Since it appeared to be related to USDA somehow, that could involve anything from pushing hay bales out of a DC-3 to shooting coyotes out of a Cub to spraying paraquat on marijuana fields with a Thrush.

Cessna Skywagon -- accept no substitute!
I wouldn't mind doing a little of both actually.
But I just mean we'll be neighbors. I've talked to them before and it won't work for me due to the fact that they want full time only.
01V, it's the cub slot.

Yep. It's been my experiance that jobs like that already have someone lined up. So it's tough to get into the system from outside. USDA hired a gunner here a couple years ago. Guy had the job and been working for a couple months before anyone else knew about it. Good guy too, probably who I would have hired if I were in the position to do that.
