One of our local airports in Sonoma County is having trouble with a next door neighbor who has built a wooden fence across the overrun area on the cross wind runway. This was done outside of the local permit process and has created a safety hazard for pilots.

Who owns the property that the fence was constructed on? And how tall is the fence? Just curious.

It's a local business that has been trying to build a fly fishing pond for tourists who visit Napa and Sonoma.
