Help with prop parts search 172D w/ Franklin 220hp

Hey backcountrypilot community, hate that my first post is a parts request but I seem to be running out of options.

I currently have a Cessna 172D with a Franklin 220hp 6A350 engine mated to a McCauley 2A31C21/84S -8 constant speed prop.

Due to another A/C hitting my prop while it was parked the prop needs to be overhauled. Unfortunately McCauley stopped making this prop and I’m in search of the following parts to make this happen.

C2963 blade ferrule x2
C2964 blade retention nut x2

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Anyone who can help me find these parts gets a free $100 hamburger on me if you’re in the Phoenix area! Thanks guys!

Hi Skyhawk, I have an old C21 under the bench that came off a Maule with the Franklin 220. Blades are curled from a flipover. Complete otherwise.

I sold some C21 and C22's to http://westernaircraftpropeller.com/ 3 years or so ago. No idea if they used all the parts by now or not.

And I believe http://www.franklinengines.com/ has the STC for the C201 upgrade. May not be a bad idea to get your hands on the STC...

Vaughans, I can’t email you through the site. Do you mind sending me an email at [email protected].

1:1 thanks for the heads up, I’ll reach out to them too.
