If you're an earlier registrant of BCP, your profile may not have email notifications for private messages and other community activity enabled by default.

Here's how to enable them:

1. After logging in, navigate to ME > My Profile.

2. Hover over the Profile menu item (or tap on touchscreen) next to the house/home icon in the profile menu so that the dropdown deploys.

3. Select Preferences from the dropdown menu.

4. Once on the Preferences page, select the Emails and Notifications tab item.

5. If you're an earlier registrant, the "privacy email" checkbox is likely checked. This means you'll get no emails at all. Uncheck it, then scroll down and click the blue SAVE button. You should now get emails for PMs, etc.

You'll also notice that it's quite granular how you can select or deselect certain notifications types. Feel free to choose which ones you want.

I unchecked privacy email as described,
still didn't get email notice of PM's.
Checked it, privacy email box won't stay unchecked.
And yes, I did hit the save button at the bottom of the notifications page.
