ID video (lower loon, soldier bar, deadwood dam etc.)

My first time flying in ID! What an amazing place! Had a great 5-6 days up there. Based out of JC until the last night at Smiley to get a head start on bad weather, fires, tfrs etc. in CO for the return trip (we were in ID at the end of June). My good buddy Alec was a huge benefit as he has spent quite a bit of time in the area! Always a pleasure flying with him and learning from him. And Del was also a great resource for info.

I saw a few folks mention they like seeing Idaho flying videos in another thread, figured I'd throw mine in here. Fair warning it is quite long! 36min! There was a lot to pack in there. I think it has a good pace and isn't too dry - some of my friends are pretty entertaining and that makes for good video. I left some stuff out as the video got too long. Wilson bar, and a few other spots are in other videos on my channel.

All the spots were great. Really enjoyed soldier bar and the fun we had up there discussing our departures techniques, especially my buddy and his helio  Best part of the video. Cabin creek is beautiful! You know, really every place has something unique and interesting about it.

Anyway, if you have a little time to kill, give it a look and let me know what you think of the video. Can't hardly wait to go back. Thanks -Todd

Atlanta was stunning! Possibly my favorite picture from the trip...

Anyone know if Lower Loon still has cabins for rent? Or breakfast to eat? They did for awhile but I believe they may have stopped those services...
