AvidFlyer and I met up briefly today. He came in to KCOS last night on a mission to grab some cargo and take it east, leaving earlier today. No time for a beer last night, but I ran over to Fred during his preflight to say hey. Also gave my boss a tour who had never been up close to Fred before, though he's worked here for over 20yrs.

Good memories for me as the C-5 was my first aircraft, I do miss working it and flying around the world on it. At least I still get to see them from time to time. Though it had been years since I'd been inside. Nice to see the upgrades I've heard about. Thanks for letting me know you were with this one Joey! Great to see you again, next time hopefully there's more time for some beers....or even a flight in the Stinson

I'll be back in to work soon, raining and turning to snow now. You were busy training, so the showing off defaulted to me...surprised I remembered as much as I did.
