Does anyone know how to set up
An iPhone 6 so when you take video from the cockpit the propeller isn't all distorted. Better yet, is there a setting or app you can use so you dont even see the propeller?

It's the same approach you take with a GoPro or any other automatic: you trick it into scanning slower by reducing the light to the sensor. This is done by physically masking the camera with a filter.
I think Nflightcam or someone has a kit that attaches to smartphones, but a resourceful guy could make his own.

A Neutral Density Filter is what you want. You can get them cheap eBay or Amazon.
